I live with a roommate who provides a pretty much perfect arrangement. He works nights and weekends, so you will have the apartment to yourself about 90% of the time. He is clean, reliable, generous, and easy to get along with; we havent had even close to a single problem during our 6 plus months living together. The area is very quiet, I usually have no reason to believe my neighbors exist, but the location of our unit allows me to play loud music pretty often and receive no complaints.
