Sushi Supervisor

Responsibilities:


* Oversee sushi production quality and consistency

* Work with corporate chef to develop, test, and refine new recipes

* Manage, lead, and inspire a team of sushi chefs

* Maintain proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control

* Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment

* Comply with all regulatory rules and regulations

Requirements:

* Sushi-making experience in top quality restaurant or other high volume environment

* Menu development and management experience, in particular

* Creative, innovative, passionate

* Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, as required

* Must love sushi
